"Human beings are the most important, potent and critical, resource of any organization, and yet the least understood and the worst managed of its resources"

Human beings are important because they have a unique capability in the sense of thinking and planning, transmission of skills and systems of social relationships, and creative modification of the environment. They are the main components of an organization. They are strong and effective because they have a big influence in the society. They can manipulate and create things that are useful in the development of an organization. They are the critical resource of an organization because they are the source of information that may affect the flow of an organization and can cause good and bad effects.

Aside from the importance of human beings, they are also least understood because there are some characteristics of a person that some people cannot easily accept or comprehend. Humans are the worst managed of its resources because there are times that they are being abused and harassed. They are not treated fairly and their salaries and benefits are not enough to suffice their needs.

Therefore, the existence of human beings plays a great role in any organizations.

hi, nat!!!

your blog is very pink... hehehe.

"Human beings are important because they have a unique capability in the sense of thinking and planning, transmission of skills and systems of social relationships, and creative modification of the environment." as the highest form of life on earth, we were blessed with free will and a high level of thinking.

this free will is oftentimes misunderstood and abused. because of this, we are given the right to act as we please. but we should also remember that we must consider others so that we may coexist harmoniously with them in the work place.

i also agree that humans are the most abused of the resources in the aspects that you mentioned... :)

*i'd appreciate your comments, too...*
