Friday afternoon, we had our second visit in our adopted company... We interviewed again Ma'am Laarni Lobo and it did run smoothly..hehehe..We asked her if they have a HRIS in their office...She was puzzled and asked us what is an HRIS..We explained it to her... Sadly, they don't have a HRIS...The files like payrolls, attendance sheets, employees' records, etc. were organized and compiled manually...We gathered all the informations that were needed... After the interview, we had a picture taking with Ma'am Laarni and her secratary... And then we went home immediately...
Two days had passed...
Misfortune was always be with me...with my groupmates...hahahaha.. Febe had accidentally deleted all the pictures taken during our 2nd interview..haaaayyy...I was excited pa naman to post some of our pictures..huhuhuhu..malas!='(

..look on the bright side! at least you can now propose their first HRIS without the pressure of making a better HRIS just like on our case.. hehehehe
